Caravelle Lights A Candle For Earth Hour 2022
On March 26th, Caravelle Saigon joins others around the world to show its commitment to protect the planet and to reduce the carbon footprint. From 8:30pm to 9:30pm, the Caravelle will switch off all lights on its façade, and the hotel’s restaurants and bars will serve dinner and drinks by candlelight. Guests and residents are encouraged to turn off lights and non-essential appliances from 8:30pm.
Earth Hour began as a non-profit lights-off event in Sydney, Australia in 2007. In 2016, Earth Hour was celebrated across 178 countries, in seven continents, and aboard the International Space Station. Over the past decade the Caravelle has demonstrated its dedication to become one of Vietnam’s leading eco-conscious properties. The hotel was the first in the country to introduce eco-friendly meeting packages and paperless check-in and check-out. The Caravelle has staged two flash mobs to create awareness of environmental issues, and raised its key sustainable benchmarks for operations as a member of EarthCheck since 2011.

[TP.HCM, 23 tháng 03 năm 2022] - Nhằm hưởng ứng chiến dịch toàn cầu của Giờ Trái đất, ngày 26 tháng 03 năm 2022, khách sạn Caravelle Saigon sẽ thắp nến và tắt toàn bộ ánh sáng khu vực mặt tiền, nhà hàng và quầy bar từ 08:30 đến 09:30pm. Du khách tại phòng được khuyến khích tắt đèn và các thiết bị không cần thiết trong vòng một giờ.
